Clinical Specialist

We are currently looking for a clinical specialist to help us achieve our vision of providing the highest possible level of customer service and professionalism. We will train the right candidate.

The primary responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• The fitting of off-the-shelf bracing.
• The fitting of semi-custom and custom bracing products.
• Assisting patients with bracing needs.
• Service and respond to patient questions, issues and/or concerns regarding bracing needs
• Working closely with an Orthotist and/or physicians and their staff

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 2 years experience in dealing with patients in a clinical setting
• A license as a medical professional-MA, LVN, ATC, OTC, PTA
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, initiative, and an independent work ethic.
• DME/Orthotics/Prosthetics knowledge a plus
