Office Manager
About the Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an Office Manager to help us achieve our vision of providing the highest possible level of customer service and professionalism.
The primary responsibilities for the Office Manager will include, but are not limited to:
- Design and implement office policies
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Approve employee timesheets
- Provide on the job and other training opportunities
- Evaluate staff performance
- Coach and discipline staff
- Perform other related duties as required
- Responsible for overseeing a staff of 5-10 employees.
- Supervisor in a hand on environment; prosthetic coordinators who are responsible for all aspects of care for patients.
- Act as a liaison between departments
The ideal Office Manager will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical office
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Proficient in computers, specifically, Word, Excel, and Windows
- Demonstrate good customer service skills
- Must be motivated, proactive, customer service oriented and have the ability to wo
rk towards the common goal of the team
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, complexity, and diversity of customers
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Medical experience a plus
